FIBERNOW VIDEO ON DEMAND & TV EVERYWHERE
 
FiberNow is pleased to announce the launch of  
Video on Demand and TV Everywhere 
to enhance the community’s digital video service. 
 
If East Lake Village residents wish to access Video on
Demand or TV Everywhere they must contact
FiberNow at 1.855.303.4237 or 
e-mail support@fibernow.com to activate their account.
 
They will be asked to provide a valid email address for
 account creation as well as current and valid billing information.
Credit card information must be provided to create the account,
however, this does not mean that we will charge the credit card.
 
 
 
REMOTE CONTROL REPLACEMENT
 
What if my remote stops working. How will this be replaced?
Always check your batteries first. If the batteries are fine, then call FiberNow Customer Service at 1-855-303-4237.

What should the FiberNow representative tell me to do as an owner?
FiberNow will email you a printable shipping label at no cost to you. Simply place the remote in a box or envelope, affix the label and mail it to FiberNow. They will ask for a $25 fee either by credit card or check. Once they receive and inspect your remote, it will be returned or replaced by mail to your home address where the service is provided. If the remote is not working properly at NO FAULT of the owner, you will be REFUNDED the $25. Otherwise, you will be charged and the $25 you paid will be kept. 

If I am selling my home/townhome, what do I need to do?
Call FiberNow at 1-855-303-4237. They will provide you, via email, a FREE label to SHIP all equipment back to them. DO NOT LEAVE EQUIPMENT IN THE UNIT.
