The Board of Directors at East Lake Village are pleased to announce that we have chosen a new Property Management Company, Avant-Garde Property management of Stuart Fl . 

  Avant-Garde management will be starting June 1, 2019. More details will be coming soon to your mailboxes explaining the transition and more information from Avant-Garde Management. Bear with us as we transition property management companies and all that is  involved with that. There will be no Board meetings in May but they will resume in June and once we have a date/time/place firmed up you will be notified . We are very excited for this move and happy to be working with the people at Avant-Garde and in a short time you will see first hand why we chose them . Here is a link to their  website
