As of last week , all units in East Lake Village should have been upgraded to the new bulk internet speeds of 100/100 Mbps as the base internet speed . No one should be billed individually anymore for internet Unless you want speeds higher than 100/100 Mbps. It's possible some units may have been missed in the upgrade so please check your internet speeds to see if you have the new standard speeds 100/100 . These speeds would be direct from the outlet not wirelessly . For example ,my router is upstairs and downstairs I'm receiving 88/104 Mbps 

 So we have the upgraded phones since Jan , now the internet ,just waiting on the new video services !
