 The first phase of the new agreement with Opticaltel has begun. As of today's date Opticaltel has credited the community with the agreed to door fee of 300.00 a home which gives us a 157,500 credit on our bill.

 In addition everyone's telephones are now unlimited USA/Canada Continental at zero cost to any home owner. So if your currently paying the 10.00 fee for that to Opticaltel make sure it's not listed on your bill for January.

 Also by January 1 2018 every unit that currently pays them for Internet services will have upgraded speeds at no higher costs .

Also the internet speeds will be increased by Jan 1 ( most likely by this Friday ) 

  -if you currently pay for less than 50 mbps they will upgrade you to 50 Mbps free of charge      -If you pay for more than 50 but less than 75 they will upgrade you to 75

-  If you pay for 75 they will upgrade you to 100   

These will remain in effect till August 1,2018 when the entire community will receive 100/100 Mbps

 There will be a community meeting/townhall sometime in Feb to explain the entire contract , upgrades, timeline etc . Stay tuned and look for a mailing coming soon
