When you submit an Architectural application please submit only a completed application. There are several additional documents, as stated on the application, which are required for the application to be approved, without all documents your application will be considered incomplete and returned as such. No work on the exterior of a single family or townhome may begin without a conditionally approved Architectural application.  Upon completion of the work it is also required that Advantage Property management is notified . Your home then can be inspected to complete your Architectural application.  Many owners are not calling for this final inspection which leaves your application as incomplete.
